The Bruce Furniture building in the northern part of the county is in almost “brand new” shape, has 188,000 square feet available, along with 5,000 square feet of office space, 50 dock doors and parking for 250 vehicles.

The Kellwood Building
The Kellwood building at Calhoun City Industrial Park is ready for any new industry/business that will bring jobs to our community.
